Winter beauty

As the day get nearer of the shift, I am going around looking at things I like to take. Unfortunately lots of these 'things' have roots and will have to stay. Maybe one day I should try to grow some roots myself : )

Roaming outside with my little one, we spotted the first of the Camelia's flowers was out, I love Camelia's for that. That spark of colour throughout winter. It makes me feel slightly quilty as well, as I intended to cut both trees down when we first moved in. Somehow they escaped my horrible idea and I have learned to love them as they are. My children climb in the trees that are slightly unsuitable for climbing but they put up a good fight and are still there.

Camelia, we'll miss your many gifts to us.
