The sun has set

Yet another sunset photo from me, but it's symbolic this time. Today was esme's last day at her current job (at the same office as me). We can blame the new government for that, as she was made redundant. It so happens that a lot of our clients and income are local councils and government, and they are seriously cutting back. Many more of our clients work for councils and government, so they're cutting back too. Some commercial organisations are doing quite well for themselves in the recession (like supermarkets), and so we've still got some business coming in, but we've lost a few folk in the last few weeks.

Still, she got a nice severance pay cheque, so that will tide us over for a few months, but now the hunt begins for a new career.
