cooling our tootsies!

Another day of not doing too much. My husband is still sick, feeling worse today than yesterday. I wanted to give him some peace and quiet, so I took Jack out for a ride.

We ended up at a couple of different State Parks, the first we just walked some trails, then had a picnic lunch.

The second park has a nice little beach area...and as much as it was a hot day out today, there was only one person there besides us. We weren't really prepared for the beach, no bathingsuits or towels, but it was nice just cooling off our feet!

Jack loved watching the water kick up as he walked along the water.
