This afternoon I had a joint client casework meeting which allowed me to escape the office in the afternoon and take a fast walk aross the River Clyde to other office.

From the river I had to walk past the Sheriff Court and caught bits of conversations with worried relatives wondering how long the sentence will be, cleaners having a break and lawyers laughing on their phones.

The meeting was fraught so it was a relief to get back into the sun and a lovely long walk home through the park.

Trying to do some embroidery this evening but keep getting sidetracked by that pesky World Cup.
