Peace and serenity

Tuesday is always a bit crazy here. Inbetween the madness I had 1/2 hour so rather than go home I took a detour in the countryside nearby. As I drove along a track a deer ran across my path, sadly I was too late to capture it (note to self, always have camera out of bag and lens cap off!!!).
I decided then to get out with the camera and squeeze in a quiet contemplative walk.
I feel the shot encapsulates the tranquility of that moment.
