Schoeman Street, Pretoria

We had to go to Pretoria for business today, took the route right through the city, Hamilton Street and then Schoeman Street!

Lots of streets around Loftus Versfeld were closed for the game between Paraguy and Japan! What a battle! You can't reach places you need to go!! I snapped this one from the moving car. Note the building of the 'Eye Institute' where C had her lifechanging eye operation in Ocober 2008!

I find it quite funny that the red banner in the right bottom corner of the pic welcomes Uruguay, while Paraguay is playing there this afternoon!! I suppose there are welcome banners for all the teams alongside this very long street, I have just not really noticed them all!! ;-)
