What's Cooking?

I thoroughly enjoy browsing cookbooks. So many I'd love to buy too. My all-time favorites are still Nigella (of course!), Jamie Oliver and Ina Garten since their recipes are not so difficult and usually very reliable. This week I think I'll attempt a spanakopitas and lemon cake recipe from one of Ina's books. I'm trying out at least one new recipe every week to expand my cooking repertoire. Luckily, I've got family and friends who are willing guinea pigs to see what works and what doesn't.
