Grade 1 piano

My daughter had her grade 1 piano exam today. She was very nervous and woke me up a number of times in the night. On the way to the examination centre she said that she was definitely going to quit piano. When she came out of the exam, she had a massive grin on her face and said that she's starting grade 2 on Sunday.
After an ice cream treat, she went to school.
Later on in the day, I took my son to Wimbledon to watch some tennis. Boy, there's a lot of walking involved. My feet are killing me now. Next year, i'm not going in flip flops.
