Some green..

Today, saw some light showers, momentary though. The meteorological department has been precise in reporting the wether, sadly. All that we get to read is "light rainfall likely in pockets, follwed by hot & uneasy afternoons.."

This weekend, we went to visit our parents, and all that we did there was to eat endlessly. Knowing my mom, she can never sit at ease, until she offers all that is lying with her in the refrigerator or in the kitchen that she keeps cooking.. From shakes to lassis, from pakoras to chutneys, from apples to litchis.. she spares nothing!
In the end, when we are about to leave the place, she makes sure to open the refrigerator once again to ensure that everything has been tucked and being carried with us :). Not that it's enough, there are times, when we are on our way back home, that she calls up feeling sad of having to miss giving us something more !
