seperated at birth?

i'm sorry baby, daddy is being cruel. truth be told she was good as gold on our day out with granny.went off to the safari park/mini zoo place today. my mum is down visiting and we all had a great day. nice to let lexie see some more exotic type animals other than her fish and my dog. elephants, tigers and rhinos to name but a few. i prob would have used a shot of one of them but running into the same old prob as always. the point and click just can't get the zoom or is simply not capable of doing what i would like. so i have to get creative. this one happened by luck though. lexie just happened to be staring at the monkeys when i went to take this shot and i noticed her reflection. so i took the shot in the hope that it would look as good as i thought it did. i wasn't disappointed with it so hopefully some of you will like it too.
granny caught some good footage on the camcorder while we were there, so geoff i hope you have mastered the new contraption and i expect a flawless dvd of it all.
i hate posting a day late as it makes it awkward to write the blog, think i'll have to make notes at the end of each day when we go on holiday. woo hoo only 3 weeks to go.
well i could ramble on forever about today but it would only make sense to granny and since she shared the day with us it seems a bit pointless.
all in all a great day out and well needed.
