You've gotta roll with it

Slightly difficult cycle to Dalgety Bay to see my Grampa :) Hangover earlier that afternoon wasn't completely enjoyable. Replused by the idea of ready meals. Yet really you don't know what's in anything these days.

Nice sunny afternoon :) Fell off my new (ish) bike! and may have damaged it :S

Total cycle 17 miles slightly harder than my usual east coast route for less mileage due to a few hills! Need to start practicing them, not a huge fan of them.
