Elder

Tonight I'll make elderflower pancakes, before the trees only display their berries.
I used to make elderflower champagne and once, all the bottles exploded, I don't think it was November.
The sun brought the crowds to the East Fortune Sunday market this morning but I can't seem to get my eye to capture a photo of these crowd scenes.
