Hogweed

Busy day - first at the allotment then up to Sainsburys for some supplies (oh, how I miss the Store), then much emailing, phone calling, buying of train tickets online with consequent gnashing of teeth......

At some point in the day I crossed a bridge over the railway line which carries Edinburgh's rubbish to the land fill and glanced over the parapet. Well, what do you know? Only yesterday Carwij did a superb blip of some Giant Hogweed and there was a small forest of it growing by the track, the first I've spotted this year.
