Saved- Six Spot Burnet

My paddling pool bound daughter found this little fella in the water and rescued him. We popped him on the foliage of the buddleia where he's been wandering round drying out, flapping his wings somewhat. Apparently butterflies and moths can't fly with water on their wings as they are too heavy, but they hang around and bask in the sun to dry, at which point they are back in business. A lucky escape!
