Evening jog along the canal

Went for a jog along the canal for the first time in a long time. Lovely sunny evening. Approaching the Boat House I could smell that delicious aroma of meat being cooked. Watched the exciting Ghana vs USA game when I got back.

Anne is in Exeter at a conference and Orla is staying with Gran and Papa tonight.
