Swingin'...

Today we went for lunch at Grandpa's house - although cloudy, it was lovely and warm. Within about 5 minutes of arriving, the kids had turned the house into a bomb site before leaving everything at their backsides to go and play outside.

After lunch we took the dogs for a nice long walk down by the river to the play park at the other end of the estate, where we stopped for a breather and a play on the swings. Wee D surprised us all and was really good on a grown-up swing all by himself - his sense of balance is quite amazing! Wee C will still not go on a big swing for fear she'll fall off, so she chose this way to swing instead...

I took a hundred and eighty-seven photos today. Guess how many I was REALLY pleased with? Six. Six! Less than half of the total taken were just ok, the rest got ditched. Seriously - I need a LOT of practice.
