Baby Carrier

Before we came on holiday, my sister offered to lend us their baby carrier. I said we wouldn't need it and thought that kerrsdaddy's shoulder would be too sore to be able to carry him in it.

However, after arriving here on Saturday, we quickly realised that we should have brought one, as there are hardly any paths here suitable for the pram.

So, we went on a (4 hour!) round trip to Inverness today to purchase this! It was more than worth the money and the time when we saw how much Kerr loved it. I have never heard him laugh so much, ever!! We went for a long walk over the hill behind the house, and Kerr giggled most of the way. Kerrsdaddy's shoulder held up really well, and didn't cause him too much trouble.

On the way to Inverness we saw a Pine Martin crossing the road in front of us - a life tick for us all!

Today is the longest day, and being so far North, we are expecting it to be reasonably light until after midnight. (If we can stay awake that late, we have been asleep by about 10pm the past few nights!)
