Isle of Whithorn
We had a fantastic day at the Isle of Whithorn. Very warm with lovely blue sky. A photographers paradise around here.
So many lovely views on this bit of coast which is steeped in history. It is where St. Ninian landed about 1500 years ago and there are traces of his influence all around. They claim that it predates Iona by about 50 years.
Tomorrow is our last day in Scotland, we hope to visit Castle Kennedy Gardens before heading South and East on Monday morning.
