Harvest

It was the perfect day to start harvesting the lavender which has bloomed very early this year. Maybe because we had a relatively mild winter and warm spring.

I spent the day cutting, stripping leaves and bundling it for drying. It'll probably take me a good week to get it all done but I love doing it. It's relaxing and smells sooooo good.
