Andy at Home

My long-suffering husband Andy (pictured) has more or less accepted his lot in life at the moment is to model for my photographs. Especially now that I'm trying out some different techniques with my new lights.

Here, I used a home-made snoot using just cardboard and sellotape. There was a bit of light leakage, but I'm quite pleased with the result. Plastic snoots for my lights cost £30, but they do come with gels and a honeycomb filter. I looked for one today in the west end but no photographic shops had any in stock.

Hence the cardboard and sellotape.
