Thyme Puzzle

It's one of those evenings where I have blipped everything in sight and can't find anything that really appeals, it's probably that Friday feeling, too keen to open that bottle of Jacob's Creek that has been sitting there all week!
When I trimmed down this blip of my thyme falling from my bargain National Trust herb container, I discovered it is wrapped up in string - well very, very thin string! Any ideas anyone? Oh, and happy weekend to you all!
