Sidewalk Egg Fry
Well, we had to try it. It's 107 degrees, and the humidity is 9 %. Didn't work quite as I thought it would, since the egg white never got "done", although it did get very tacky. It was a race to see if the egg would get done before the lack of humidity just dried it all up, and it blew away in the breeze. However, the yolk started whole, then broke from the heat, and became "over easy".
So, was the experiment a failure, or a success?
