Solitary City Lunch

The weather was so nice today, I was out and about in the City of London again.

I'm not sure if it was because this guy looked like a Banker, or if everyone else was in the pub watching England win their match in the World Cup - but he remained solitary on this bench for quite some time. Long enough, in fact, for me to discreetly snap quite a few shots of him.

This is my favourite - I quite like the way he looked up, off camera, and held his paper steady at the same time. It's almost as if he was posing.

But in fact, I don't even think he clocked me - he was too engrossed in his newspaper.
