Victory in Port Elizabeth

England scraped through to the knock-out stages of the World Cup with a 1-0 victory over Slovenia in the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. Finally a good performance from this team that drew against the USA and Algeria in their first two games. USA beat Algeria with a last minute goal in the other game to win the group. So much for the 'easier' route to the semis. We'll find out tonight who they will meet on Sunday afternoon in Bloemfontein.
