Bloomin'

I don't know what this is. It reminds me of a dogwood, but it was on a bushy thing rather than a tree.

There are three brand new moorhen babies in the moat as of yesterday. Spotted them this morning, but when I returned with my camera, I couldn't find them anywhere.
