Route canal

I went for a jog along the canal earlier today, which was hard work, given the beaming sun.
I'd never brought the camera on a run before, due to thinking it would be cumbersome, but I packed it in tightly, and it was fine.
And as I rested in the shade under a bridge, two other joggers welcomed the brief respite from the sun.
