It's Upgrade Time

I spent some time today thinking about technology. Thinking about what we will have in the future and how far we've come in just the last few years. It is all so exciting to me.

So, today was software update day for the IPhone. I did that upgrade and the iPhone got better but what was most exciting for me was the update to iBooks. I keep a folder of all my camera manuals on my computer. Today I migrated all of those PDF's to the iPad and iPhone into the iBooks App. It is great to have these manuals in the palm of my hand when I'm out in the field and the time comes to look up some obscure detail of a feature that you cant seem to get corrected.

Yes, I have quite a few cameras ;-).

p.s. To accomodate the Russian Missile Carrier they've set up a whole series of flood lights (I'm assuming for security). Unfortunately my bedroom is now really, really brightly lit. Thank goodness it is only for a few days.
