This Samuel.

It's sports day tomorrow at his school.

He is looking forward to the spud and spoon race (yes, spud and spoon, none of your egg and spoon malarky here and no famine references please), sack race, I think there was a mention of a three legged race and numerous other races!

I am particularly looking forward to hearing about the spud and spoon race as before I left his home tonight, his parents were testing spuds on spoons and racing from the back door to the front door...

(I still think he should use double sided tape or velcro to 'secure' the spud to the spoon).
