Sunshiney day [Croatia, Day 6]

The laziness of the past few days seems to be out of our systems. We actually caught the buffet breakfast in our hotel/apartment complex before catching the bus for Tucepi, which is only a few K down the coast from Makarska. It was an absolutely perfect day for this place, which is a hugely attractive seaside village with a pretty marina and a long, long (though pebbly) beach.

We spent the whole day there and had a good old-fashioned sunshiney-holidaY time. Carl fulfilled a long-term ambition and went parasailing while I watched. We spent the rest of the day in Tucepi, got a taxi home, and are on our way out for a night on the time prior to tomorrow's early-morning start for our boat trip to Hvar.
