Burning the day away

Longest day today. Parts of it felt extremely long.

Lit a fire outside this evening and sat accompanied by a glass of red, the dog and some baby birds in a bush. Mulled over a few of the days conversations.

My favourite was my little boys, shortly before bed, as he made aliens out of lego (one called Gilbert, one called Piggy)
