Dried or dead?

It's a bit of emergency blip tonight. Oranjer was off all day with the camera, so I had to think on my feet tonight when he came home. Luckily these "dried" flowers were just about to go in the bin, so I hacked them off their stems and arranged them "artistically" on the kitchen counter (rearranging everything around them to remove multiple shadows!).

I'm pretty chuffed with the result!
