A Surprise Love Letter

'Twas up and early in the morning, as usual, all rushing to get the kids off to school.

After the hustle and bustle, I had the house to myself. A beautiful 18 degree winter day. All quiet and serene, I settle myself by the garden with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, an orange and pear for breky. Then as I opened THE BOOK for my usual morning lift, I saw this colorful, lovely note from my daughter.

I brought it to work and slipped the note in my pocket. When work got busy and rough, I hid away at a secret place and read the note once and again.

My children are such a blessing! Everyday, I thank God for them. Indeed, they're His reward.
