Occasional treat

It's 10:15am, time for a special treat - an iced mocha frappe! Notice the adjectives, occasional and special. The amount of calories in a frappe would cover at least 60% of a regular daily intake. Several of these a week and I would be looking like the Goodyear blimp in no time. Once or twice a month is more than sufficient for me - no need for lunch today.
