A Gun on the Left & A Gun on the Right

This morning we headed to our favorite 'tree climbing' park in Lodi with Kristin. She cares for her cousin's 9 month old baby girl, Megan, during the summer. I got my 'baby fix' playing around with the baby on a picnic blanket and swinging her for a bit. It was a nice few hours of catching-up time with Kristin. Especially nice since she treated me to a coffee. hee hee It was a tough choice about whether to use baby Megan's swing pix for my blip photo of the day, but instead I chose a picture of Landon flexing for me! If only blip wasn't just one photo of the day.

In the afternoon I cooked and helped a friend set up for our end of the year team swim party (that's where my blip photo was taken). Loren's baseball team celebrated at Isaac's house and all had a great time in the pool, regardless of the unusual cool June weather. It was in the high 60s by the end of the night and the wind had even broken the table umbrella! Once the kids lips started to turn to purple we cut off their pool festivities! They had fun dunking their coach in the pool and also presenting the coaches with their gifts. They will continue to be in All Stars, but the season is mostly over.
