Pier at high tide, sunny day after a storm

New Brighton Pier, Christchurch New Zealand, just after high tide with quite a big sea running after a southerly storm. Was raining hard and blowing in the morning then the wind died away the sky cleared and it turned into a beautiful day for the walk along the beach.
