Tornado Preparedness

There were strong storms tonight, including some deadly tornadoes north of us. I was pretty freaked out, so I kept myself busy by cleaning (I know, totally normal, and totally ironic, because if a tornado was coming, having a clean house would be pointless in the aftermath). I started packing for this weekend, but also packed a backpack and water to take downstairs with in case of a tornado. K laughed at me for packing shoes, but I didn't want to be walking around our destroyed house barefoot if there was a tornado! Thankfully, we were safe and the storms stayed away.
