Happy Father's Day! My parents don't really like to do things on these kinds of days. My mom and I wrote a letter to my dad expressing our utmost affection and gratitude, and that was good enough for him.
It was a rather uneventful Sunday but I managed to get a senior portrait session in before I leave for vacation in a couple days. We got to Cranbrook at 7:06 and the guy told us that it closed at 7:00. Definitely shows how great my timing is and how you should always check the hours of places before going there..
It was alright though because we found a church just down the road that was beautiful. The lighting was AMAZING, to say the least. I found myself a lot more comfortable in shutter priority, which I guess I'll be using more often now.
I was extremely satisfied with how the portraits turned out this time and I believe he was also. Unfortunately, I have never been able to keep up a Flickr account so I cannot show you guys them all. I'll probably put them up on my website sometime though!
I'm starting up One Thousand Words again. I got a couple entries last night so I'm hoping to receive more. They would be greatly appreciated. :)
Tomorrow's my last day of school!
