The cause of downfall of British football

This state of the art football complex is in the grounds of my old school ,not the original one of course , but the same name Knoxland.
These facilities were completed a few weeks ago and on a glorious sunday afternoon there is no one playing.
It is all locked up.
Meanwhile the local council have taken down all the goalposts on the grass pitches
and the kids stop for summer holidays next friday
I bet this doesn't happen in Italy ,Holland, France ,Spain , Germany or any other top european nation.
Until grass roots football in Britain is properly structured and funded we will always be also rans.
