A parROT

Actually I believe this is a budgie :)

We stumbled upon a flower market in Shanghai, a wholesalers place. The flowers were relatively unexciting but we noticed some animals as well. I didn't really feel too comfortable with the conditions the animals were kept in...but this chap seemed quite happy!
