Mid Winter Swim

A raining Sunday, but not particularly cold, about 8 deg.

Every year on the nearest Sunday to the Solstice a few hardy souls take a very brief dip in the Pacific Ocean. Held on Caroline Bay prizes are given for the best dressed team, individual etc. I remember one of my sons did this a few years ago....only the once!!

An early blip today, as I want to continue to clean out a few drawers in the kitchen - the next one is the recipe drawer, my how I have collected recipes over the years; I will have to be ruthless I think.
