Eventful day

Despite it being Saturday I was up at 8 o'clock this morning as I was grading for Taekwon Do. Hopefully it all went ok. I made one mistake and only failed to break once on the board breaking. Bizarrely it was right foot side kick that I failed to break with when with my left, which is my weaker foot, I went through it first time.

After that Roz and I headed into town where we grabbed lunch then had a relaxing three and a bit hours in the spa.

Tonight, once Roz has ferried a friend into town for the moonwalk, we're going to settle down and watch the killing of a chinese bookie on DVD.

All in all a nice way to unwind now that the wind down has begun at work.

Oh, if you're interested the photo is an odd Italian energy drink they sell in our local chippie. I probably bought them more for their blipping and collecting value rather than the drink if I'm honest.
