Isn't it supposed to be summer?

It is summer in Norway, officially since June the 1st. So whatever the temperature from that date most Norwegians are conditioned to drop the shoes, socks, pants, sweaters and headgears to sandals (some keep the socks on!!!!), shorts and t-shirts.

So, I was surprised to see this guy with his leather jacket and colorful hat. A bit chilly today though :-)
