Pot shot

I arrived in Bristol extremely early this morning and went for a stroll in the city's Castle Park.

I spotted these gentlemen massed on a rooftop across the river, like some army battalion ready for action.

I love the cones sitting on top of each of the 'heads' - like those conical hats worn in China, and Asia generally.

I didn't have time to wait for their battle - I was soon at my desk for a day on the newspaper front line!
