Gar'inim (Seeds)

Football is a very cultural thing, here in Israel we like to crack sunflower seeds. It is roasted with salt in its shell and you're supposed to crack it open with your teeth and then take out the seed (still with your teeth).

It is a matter of practice untill you can actually get to the seed, and there are various techniques...

As you can imagine it makes lots of noise, lots of dirt and in a gentle way- you can hardly look elegant or sophisticated with it!!

Well anyway- the match is far better this way!
