Apponale Tower

In the town square of Riva there is a 34m high tower, with 160 or so steps up to the top, where you can look out over the whole town. My little laptop would take ages to put the panorama together so I hought I'd post this - the view from inside. Looking down made me dizzy. Also, the square the tower is in, and a lot of town squares around here, are called November 3rd, as that is when this part of Italy (Trentio, now an autonomy) was given back to Italy from Austria. Lots of the builidings are very Austrian in design, and you can get Strudel EVERYWHERE. Nom.
