quite a bit of shopping was done today to get the bare necessities for the kitchen, bedroom and the bathroom. The first meal was cooked (and savoured). We were actually lucky to get a fully furnished apartment for a reasonable price - saved us a lot of headache of doing up the entire house from scratch.
