Comfort Food

Comfort: Last night we lit the fire for the first time this year. We still haven't got round to ordering the logs - I must do that tomorrow (mental note to self). The fire provided serious comfort.

Tonight it's not so cold, and so the comfort will have to come from an alternative source - comfort food!

I love jacket potatoes with baked beans and cheese. I like to have the cheese on first, followed by the beans. I do like to have butter under the cheese too - how bad is that. I also like tuna mayonnaise on jackets but oddly feel that that is better suited to either lunchtime or during the summer. Chilli is a fab one for winter time... do you think I could get away with that for tomorrows tea??
