Sundogs on a cold Morning.

This is a strange atmospheric effect.
It is not flare on the lens caused by shooting straight into the Sun!
It is called SUNDOGS.
I have seen it a few times, and more spectacular than this, but the left side looks not bad. It was a frosty morning - first of this winter, and this might be why the Sundogs were here.

Back to school today after a great September weekend break in York.
