Geraniums and bees

I love these oldfashioned geraniums even if the seed everywhere unless you dead head them. The bees love them too but I think there are less bees around this year. It maybe due to the severe winter we have had.

Usually when the catmint is in flower the garden hums. It reminds me of my Granny's garden in Hoylake where you could sit in the sun on red terracota tiled paths sourrounded by the sound.
