St Bernard's Public School

Roof detail from St Bernard's Public School on Dean Park Street, spotted on my way to work this morning. They don't make them like they used to! All that wonderful gothic stuff; turrets, towers, ornate gables & chimneys, weather vanes . . .

Sadly this building is no longer in use as a school, it will probably be turned into miniscule flats . . . or knocked down.
